Tell us where we're wrong

Measured data beats a default every time. If a result disagrees with something you have actually recorded, that is the most useful email we can get.

Everything comes to one address: hello@mrscooty.com. There is no contact form, because a form would mean collecting data we have no reason to hold.

What is genuinely useful

  • A correction with numbers. If the range calculator says 32 km and you measured 26 km on a known route, tell us the route, the speed, the weather and the pack size. That is how coefficients get better.
  • A tool request. Say what question you are trying to answer, not just what the tool should be called — the question usually suggests a better design.
  • A broken thing. Which page, which browser, and what you expected to happen.
  • A disagreement about method. The formulas are published precisely so they can be challenged.

What we cannot help with

  • Diagnosing a specific scooter fault remotely — a forum with owners of your exact model will do better.
  • Recommending a scooter to buy. We publish no affiliate links and keep no shortlist.
  • Confirming whether a modification is legal where you live. Local rules change constantly; ask your local authority.
  • Battery pack repairs. If you are unsure about a lithium build, buy a finished pack.

This is a small, independent site rather than a company with a support desk. Corrections that arrive with data get answered first, because they improve the tools for everyone.
